Alcohol Rehab Centers

I attended several inpatient programs during my struggles with OxyContin and heroin.

In 2004, after attending another rehab for a month, I found Bobby's sober house which became home for the next eighteen months. I was provided with structure and discipline. I attended five meetings a week, got a sponsor and got a job. I was surrounded by good, sober men who took me under their wings and guided me to recovery.

I have now been sober for over five years, purchased a home, am engaged to be married and am an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous. I still attend the sober house meetings, as do many of my old roommates. I thank Bobby for supplying me with the tools to change my life.

T
he Way Back Addiction Treatment Program

The Way Back changes addictive behaviors through a 2-Stage program. In Stage 1 our residents learn life skills and break the patterns of addictive behavior. For 6 weeks they live in a residential facility. They participate in daily structured activities designed to help them get healthy, develop sober relationships and learn the tools to break the cycle of addiction.

In Stage 2 our residents transition to sober housing, where they live among other people in different steps of the recovery process, and learn how to “live” sober.  Over an extended time in sober housing, living as part of a family unit, we show people the steps to find “The Way Back” from the nightmare of addiction.

We are a private pay extended care treatment program. We work with alcoholics and drug abusers exclusively and do not offer detox services or medical treatment, which keeps our costs lower than most treatment centers.

Program Fees

Our Stage I program is $200 per day, which includes housing, meals, all program activities, outside activities and groups, which are mandatory.  Our residents meet individually with a licensed therapist on a weekly basis and one family session is offered as an option.  Laundry facility onsite.

Our Stage II program is $175 weekly for sober housing (meals and activities are not included in this fee).  Weekly peer-to-peer recovery groups are an integral part of Stage II and are mandatory for the first 90 days in sober housing.  We highly encourage our residents to continue with individual therapy while living in Stage II—number of sessions and fees to be discussed on an individual basis with therapist.  Laundry facility onsite.

There is a one time administrative fee of $350.

Accompanied ground transportation fee to outside appointments is $50 in the state of CT, outside the state of CT is $50 plus 50 cents per mile.
